✓  Licensing Agreement

✓  Food Handlers Certification (Serv Safe Managers)

Rates

Bi-Annual Membership Fee: $150 (Every six months)
Security Deposit: $300 (refundable at the end of membership)

• $12/hour

• $16/hour with sink access

PEAK HOURS: 6 am to 6 pm

NON-PEAK HOURS: 6 pm to 6 am

Storage is only included for our unlimited members. We are unable to accommodate pallet deliveries at this time.

Dry Storage | $60.00 Full 5-tier Rack or $20 per shelf 
Cooler (walk In) | $70 Full 5-tier Rack or $25 Per shelf 
Freezer (Reach In) | $15.00 per shelf

Schedule Kitchen Tour!

You can schedule a tour by sending an email to kitchen@ohtaste.org, or check out this page for any new tour and info session dates​

Consultation

This crucial step allows us to understand your business plan, goals, and licensing requirements, ensuring a tailored experience for you​

Member Onboarding

We will review and sign the membership handbook, Code of Conduct, and User Agreement.

Apply for membership

There is a $50.00 application fee. We will review the applications within 10-15 business days.​

Booking System

Sign up for Food Corridor and upload all required documents.​

Deposit

Pay a $300 security deposit

Welcome to the 6888 Family!

The members are given keycard access to the facility and pays the $150 Bi-Annual Membership fee

8

Training

We provide comprehensive equipment and safety training as part of our commitment to your success. You will also complete any additional licensing or certifications required by the Ohio Department of Agriculture.
